The oral history program traveled to UW in February 2025 to collect interviews with students at the Hillel on campus. At the concluding feast of Cynthia Flash-Hemphill's Sephardic Cooking Class, we invited participants to discuss Jewish life on campus, their experiences at the Hillel center, and their relationship to Sephardic food.
