A Living History

This project is a collaboration between the Washington State Jewish Historical Society, the Washington Jewish Museum (WJM), and the Washington State Jewish Archives at the University of Washington’s Special Collections Libraries.

Founded through an endowment from philanthropist Caroline Kline Galland upon her death in 1905, Kline Galland has been providing senior services in the Seattle area for more than a century. This enduring legacy of generosity and care for the elderly Jewish community continues today.
