Left to Right: Jack Israel, Isaac Baruch, Ed Bensussen, all best friends from Seattle, and Richard Lesser, from Tri-Cities.
Ed, Jack and Ike were all involved in Seattle’s Sephardic Community.
This picture was taken at Alki Beach when they were on leave from the military c.1943-1945.
According to my sister, Wendy, the three friends were very generous and welcoming and invited people without family here to join them.
