Daniel Kranseler


Daniel Kranseler graduated with honors from University of Pennsylvania, College of Arts and Science on May 20, 2019, with a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology, and Society, concentrating in Biotechnology and Biomedicine and a minor in Chemistry. He is a pre-medical school candidate and will be applying for medical school in the next year or two and working in research in the interim. Daniel has done extensive research in the field of Nuclear Medicine, building a model in MATLAB to study tumors. He was awarded the UPenn clinical and Translational Science Award and was lead pianist in Penn Jazz, as well as numerous volunteer organizations around the medical fields at Penn. Daniel graduates from the alma mater of both his parents, sister Julie, and uncles Steve Coopersmith and Larry Kranseler. Go Quakers!
